Senior Care Coast 2 Coast is an operating company and consulting firm for senior residential care facilities, including assisted living and dementia care facilities, as well as unlicensed (independent) retirement communities. The principles of Senior Care Coast 2 Coast bring skill, knowledge, experience and passion to the business of senior housing.

Sheri is the former Chief Operating Officer, for SeniorCare Communities. At SeniorCare, Sheri ran a portfolio that generated in excess of $50 million annually in markets from California to Michigan. Sheri has over 10 years experience in senior housing. Sheri opened and filled SeniorCare's first assisted living community in the State of California (La Habra). Having successfully turned over the property from one of the worst in reputation and compliance in all of Orange County, Sheri was promoted to the Vice President of Operation for Southern California. From 2001 – 2004 she was involved in the rapid growth of the SeniorCare Southern California portfolio, where she led a regional team that opened more than 15 properties throughout the Southland.

Anji LeDent brings over 15 years of hospitality experience which has enhanced our approach to sales and marketing. Anji's success has been attributed by taking underperforming communities and turning them into a success by positioning and closing. She will teach you how to market your community to drive awareness and traffic.

Joel S. Goldman (partner @ HansonBridgett) devotes his practice to senior housing and health care law, including the representation of a wide array of developers and owners of senior care communities. Areas of specialization include: development and ongoing representation of assisted living and other senior communities; licensure and regulatory issues; resident issues risk management issues; managed health care issues; disability discrimination issues under Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Fair Housing Act; contract drafting and negotiations.
